Pre production

Tailor made events, content management and design built with our fully customisable solution. We also have packages available for any size of virtual and/or hybrid event with a dedicated Event Manager and Technical Manager working closely with you in the build up to your event live day(s).

Live Event

Full live event support from our dedicated Event Manager, Technical Manager and Content Manager, ensuring smooth delivery of your event. As with every project undertaken by Showstate, we are with you every step of the way from concept to completion.

Post Event Support

Analytics and post editing is of huge importance in this virtual world. We are with you at every stage of your project and post event is no exception. Through delivery of reports, attending wrap up meetings and completing any post editing required.

Virtual meetings

Whether a single meeting for a handful of attendees or a complex event of networking sessions and private meeting rooms - our virtual platform and creative designers can cater for your requirements.

Events & Exhibitions

Our platform allows users to create their own virtual exhibition stand, compiled with their own meeting room, promotional videos, galleries and any other profile information specific to your event. Through their exhibition stand, an exhibitor can collect emails, distribute business cards and engage with visitors through their own private meeting room.

Video Creation

Our technical department is on hand for any content creation requirements you may have, as well as post production for any session recordings prior to uploading back to your virtual event page. Whether a promo video, intro template or custom green screen design, we have you covered.


We'll build a registration process according to your needs - whether a breakout room selection form for attendees registered via the platform of your choice or a fully fledged, payment collection page for open event registration. Collect any user information required in the process.


From login histories and geolocation reports to engagement levels whilst watching sessions, we're able to pull almost any analytic required for your event as well as full reporting for any surveys or polls activated during webinars.

Surveys & Evaluations

We can populate virtual sessions with real-time polls, surveys and evaluation forms whilst also offering the same functionality for recorded sessions via our post event e-portal. All results can be delivered via encrypted spreadsheets at any interval required.

Showstate Studio

Based In Reading, J10 M4, our Studio is easily accessible with plenty of parking.
Upon your arrival, our staff will do the necessary COVID checks to ensure the safety of everyone in the building. We have a green room for presenters to relax in between takes and have a hot or cold beverage. Our Studio is COVID safe in line with the current Government Guidelines.

Within the studio itself we have a 7m x 2.5m LED wall stage set which can be utilised for Studio records, live streams and post edit production, pod casts, interviews, panel sessions and we’ve even built a fully functioning kitchen for a recent record.

Virtual events


Fully customisable from top to bottom. We can either re-brand existing page templates to your event or rebuild a platform to fit your requirements.


Hosted on managed Google Cloud servers with the same technologies used by Apple, HSBC and Twitter. Fully SOC II audited and PCI compliant.


Polling, surveys, discussions, exhibition areas, meeting rooms, resource centres, e-portals and even a micro social network to encourage engagement.

Hybrid events

Our hybrid system connects both onsite attendees and virtual users. All delegates are able to see and hear a live video feed of the meeting, as well as view presentation slides, ask questions and participate in live audience polling. 

Onsite hardware

iPad supply for all on site delegates. Pre-loaded with all event software and any related documents/materials.

Remote Portal

Accessible for all remote delegates via laptop, tablet or mobile device. View the event stream, ask questions and participate in polls.
